To my knowledge, Hela has more and better feats, but statements wise Pluto is superior, additionally he has fewer low showings, and none of those he has are quite as bad as being speed blitzed by Thor. I'm going to say tie.

Feats for Pluto...Victory against Hela ? is it good ? ;-)
