Thor teleporting people to his enemies isn't really in character and it's possible that H'el could just teleport back. That second bit is impossible to support seeing as I don't think H'el has dealt with traversing realms, but how that sort of thing works to a teleporter (and apparently a well-traveled one if his story is to be believed) is hard to say. Then there's the question of Thor's speed. If either of them is going to be teleporting, I think it's more likely that H'el would be pulling them around, and if he takes the fight to the sun, a tough fight becomes even harder. That's just dealing with the concepts brought up so far.
