@ALMIGHTY: Did you know that he can catch and Dodge bullets?
I'm going with Big Daddy Meshima. I don't recall Deathstroke having the durability to survive multiple explosions at a point blank range. While, I think his h2h is up there to stand and trade with him, his body can't handle it. Robotic or no. Jacks have improved over time and he dismantles those in punches.

New 52 Deathstroke has no feet (or tiny feet) which means he falls down a lot. Heihachi wins.
Deathstroke wins because he's using 90% of his brain, fought Justice League on his own, and a better martial artist that can match Wolverine's fighting skills.
@MKMarvelDCfan4life: What good can intelligence do to someone who survived a point blank explosion and got knocked above the clouds and fell hard into a tombstone, and came back without a single scratch? Also, no prep is used, so intelligence alone is jacks&^t to raw strength and durability. On top of that, the Mishimas hit so hard that as Jin's, Kazuya's and Heihachi's punches collided, they created a massive shockwave that blew the top level of the castle apart. Unlike Deathstroke, Heihachi has defeated martial artists of different styles, and not to mention, fought robots, and defeated, Kazuya who survived being thrown into a volcano.
Heihachi's pretty fast as well to catch a bullet in his mouth, calling a gun a peashooter.

Ohhhh, so you're telling me Heihachi can beat any Marvel's or DC's greatest martial artists. Huh?
@MKMarvelDCfan4life: He might not be, but I sure will. There isn't a streetleveler I would put above him. Especially if you take into account Heihachi is well beyond street level.
Devil and Devil Jin display past the minimum needed to be considered Superhuman in speed, strength and durability. Both have dodged bullets in there base forms. Both have shown they can tank extreme damage will little or no ill effect. Jin was shot three times in the back and wasn't killed or seriously hurt because of his devil gene. Kazuya was thrown from a cliff as a child and lived for the same reason. As well as being able to survive long enough inside of a volcano
Heihachi does not have the devil gene and has many similar feats. Catching bullets with his teeth. Being thrown from a cliff and climbing back up under his own power. Multiple explosions right on top of his body and healing within a very short period of time. He also battle and defeated Devil when he was at his strongest.
Heihachi is also a much better fighter. If at the very least on the same level. The has an fantastic martial arts lineage for one. Dating back to his father and his fathers father ect. This past on to his son and his son's son. He organized, competed in and won on more than one occasion a martial arts tournament that saw the best competitors on earth come together. Heichachi hits hard enough to shatter metals. Something deathstroke or wolverine has ever done that I know of and this isn't even with his more powerful techniques. Taking his Electric Wind God Fist into account, deathstroke will certainly not beat him.
Deathstroke might have the martial skills to stand with him. Might. But he does not have the physical power to put him down.
DS might go down, but he would make Mishima work for it... DS did take down a guy after her threw a boat at him...

I am a huge deathstroke fan but he loses both rounds
As much as I love both Heihachi and Deathstroke, Deathstroke would win. He has fought the Teen Titans, members of the JLA(Green Lantern, Flash, a bunch of others), Batman while Batman was cruising solo, even the X-Men in a Marvel/DC crossover.

Heihachi stomps. Bullets would only bounce of his skin & the promethium blade MIGHT be able to harm Heihachi, but not enough to put him down. Heihachi has feats like being punched through buildings
