Nightwing takes this in my opinion. This isn't a curbstomp due to his powers but there's nothing here to make me believe he can win other than powers, and time again, Nightwing has shown that powers can't always guarantee a win.

@jayaaerow: And you forget Hei's molecular manipulation. u seem to think he only rely on his powers which isn't the case. heck, he got the title the black reaper even b4 he got his powers

Idk Hei may not be the better fighter but I think Hei is much faster than Nightwing.

I see. He appears to be slightly faster then Nightwing from this clip. However, Nightwing has been shown to dodge speedsters at the most by "feeling" them and can dodge attacks from Deathstroke. It might help but It won't induce a curbstomp. Is there anymore things about this Hei guy I don't know about beside his powers. I sorta want to know more of his combat ability. Is he tactically smart? This video show he's is. Anymore instances?

Anyways, Hei is a cold blooded killer easily peak human with hand to hand, knife fighting, and acrobatics training equipped with blades and grappling wires... and who also happens to have the ability to generate lethal electrical currents.

If any of Hei's gear touches exposed skin, Dick is dead. If one of Hei's blades penetrate Dick's suit anywhere on his body, Dick is dead. Dick is at far too much of a disadvantage in this fight.
