Hei vs. Black Panther - Battles

The protagonist of Darker than Black (from season 1) faces off against pre-Doomwar T'Challa. Both are in character and fighting to the death. Hei has his wire and Black Panther has the Ebony Blade, but both weapons will only be used in round 2 of the battle. The first round will be unarmed combat. Who walks away the victor?
