Bane would win. Bane has his intelligence, and the fact he was a in secret six.

I think this is a good matchup really.

As a contractor, Hei is ruled by logic, and as a result is incredibly intelligent and one of the most tactically sound individuals in his universe. With Venom, Bane vastly overpowers him physically, but Hei has his electric attacks, knives, his protective coat, and his wire. It's a good match-up.

Round 2, without powers Hei has a gear advantage, but Bane is still incredibly intelligent and still very tactically sound, and still an expert at what he does. But Hei isn't exactly a slouch in those departments either.

Dunno. This one has me conflicted.

@Floopay: Hei is not a contractor he's a human who has contractor powers & acts like them.

Round 1 Hei He won't even get close, he'll just throw his wire around banes neck (possibly) or arm(s) for an instakill

Round 2 Bane easily just because I would not classify Hei in Nightwing's league.

He acts like them, but it's very apparent throughout the show that he has the same mindset as most contractors. His emotions sort of develop from non-existent to semi-broken human being throughout the show :P

He's very much ruled by logic, and later booze, but originally logic. :P
