Superman, Hulk, Hercules,Sentry, Juggernaut, Darkseid, Doomsday,Abomination 
rules: 

• just brute strenght in fighting, no powers, weapons, etc and regular boxing rules 
• who got knock over the ring or KO is out of match or lose, 
• only man standing win

i'm leaning towards Doomsday here..... although if Hulk can stay up for long enough he will build the strength to knock everybody out. ahhh sheeet just noticed Darkseid.... hmmmm all i can say is that it wont be Sentry, herc or Abomination.

Wonder Woman would probably win this,  she has ability, strength and speed and her bracelets are a killer defense
Superman very fast but unskilled compred to other fighters
Herc, Marvel Herc is highly skilled but not fast enough, too slow
Sentry too much of an asshole and he's dead and SheHulk one-shot him
Juggernaut too slow, too stupid
Hulk "  " " same as above
Abominatiion, slow, stupid
Darkseid, too much jobbering
Doomsday, retconed to a girlyman, too much retconing after Superman's death

interesting most ppl leanign to doomsday and juggernaut. it could go either way

OK, I realize there are no superpowers in play. Flight, energy powers and the like are ruled out. However, just to be sure... there is no superspeed involved here? Just durability, strength and skill right?  With superspeed, Superman wins this hands down IMO. It would come down to Superman vs. Doomsday.  If superspeed is ruled out, I believe it will boil down to Juggernaut (if we're talking classic) and Doomsday with Doomsday probably walking away the victor.   Hercules would put up one hell of a fight due to him being the most skilled of the bunch, but is arguably the weakest and least durable so will probably fall first. Hulk lasts a while due to his healing factor but probably goes down to Superman's significantly higher levels of strength (regardless of Hulk's anger issues he has not shown himself to be anywhere as strong as Supes IMO).  Juggernaut is not as strong as Superman either, but is, in a word, 'unstoppable' in classic form. Darkseid is as strong as any of them, if not stronger, and probably as good a fighter as Hercules. But he's never really had to show it. He's not a brawler by definition. His Omega Beams are his true power and, without these, I don't see him lasting in a fist fight with either classic Juggs or Doomsday. I may be wrong, but this is just my opinion.  All that to say; Doomsday probably wins this.  Edit: I left out Abomination cuz Hulk would school him so his place in the pecking order should go without saying. I left out Sentry because he is an insult to comicbook readers everywhere and needs to remain burried.

Based on only using strength, stamina and durabiltiy along with boxing skill; I say this one comes down to Hercules and the Juggernaut and then it could last for eternity.

Hercules wins easily. No one listed comes close to him in terms of boxing skill.

I'm going with Darkseid.

If speeds are equalized and no one is allowed use flying, heat vision etc then Superman dies
