Ghost Rider should solo really, Deadpool's immortality is worth nothing if he gets penance stared, and Spidey and DD have nothing that can beat GR really since neither has any mystical powers at all.

The "hearts of darkness" version of Ghost Rider isn't really that powerful, and he has a tendency to transform back into his human form when he takes enough punishment, which Spider-Man is more than capable of providing.
