It depends on the version of superman, if it is prime then the whole battle is flipped. And for the record I think Godzilla will go down pretty quick from Goku or Superman

Depending on the version of superman... Probably superman or goku, Godzilla and gamera are powerhouses but they would soon be stiffled by goku and supes, although it could also depend on the version of godzilla, some versions could wreck goku's day but odds are Goku is going all out from the beginning , however I would place my bet on superman due to 85% of his incarnations are more powerful than the rest of the combatants.
