He-man vs Danny Phantom

Who wins is a battle between two of the greatest cartoon characters ever (well atleast in my opinion)

Rules:

Fight takes New York city.

No morols

No prep

Both are bloodlusted

Fight starts 20 feet away

Standard gear.

This is version of He-Man only

Who wins and Why?

It's been like forever since i've seen He-Man. Does he have any counter to Intangibility or possession?

If not, I see Danny taking this; especially if he's Bloodlusted.

He-man has resisted being possessed by Skeletor. I don't know about intangibility.

@redbird3rdboywonder: I know both are classic i have just started watching He-man and She-ra every night on Qubo Night Owl.

Could He-man speed blitz Danny? I do not remember Danny having speed feats to match He-man. that's part of the reason i made this thread was to refresh my memory on Danny ( haven't watched in a while.

I'm not sure actually in regards to speed, but Danny while in ghost form can only be hurt by items that have ectoplasmic energy in them. So even if He-man were to speedblitz him I personally think it wouldn't have much effect on him. IIRC Danny did have enough speed to keep up with a jet in one episode though. Strength wise we never actually see Danny display any feats of strength aside from lifting a school bus full of children with no effort at all.

The only thing impressive about Danny is taking control of other's people's bodys, other than that he's a mediocre superhero with laser blasts and punches. He did lift a bus which accounts for something.

Love both shows, but He-man wins or a stalemate if He-man can't kill him.

He man Solos the verse

He-Man can't touch him while intangible, but as soon as Danny can't concentrate or runs of stamina or whatev. He's pretty much toast.
