This is tough i wanna say the team for the fact that Lion-o and He-man were my all time favorites growing up >.< plus Thor but i have to use Logic.

I'm gonna say the team

I'm pretty sure those are no more canon than any other Silver Age Superman story. Especially since the New52/MOTU reboots, there's just no place for those old stories to fit in.

Modern He-Man honestly has done almost nothing impressive. I'm not even sure he could reliably be placed as a 20 tonner in strength. Filmation He-Man I think is at least debatable, but he is also highly inconsistent, and even going with his high feats, I think the best he did was shove the moon away, which actually still wouldn't really match him up with Thanos.

Thor has fought Thanos several times, including a recent battle in Infinity, and it is pretty clear he doesn't pose much of a threat to the Titan. Lion-O isn't even an issue.

Thanos should take this handily. Just how easy depends somewhat on the version of He-Man, but I don't think the team has any realistic chance of winning.

I remember an episode in the '80s that showed He-Man holding back an asteroid that was hurtling through the sky. He was struggling, but he was doing it. So, He-Man is exceptionally strong.

Thanos has more raw power, he could probably vaporize most of these guys, although they do have some serious durability feats and Thor. They might win, if the battle was mostly physical, and Thor is definitely the biggest gun.

So Thor with 2 pieces of cannon fodder vs. Thanos.

Thanos wins.

Team should win especially while in Castle Greyskull! That is the heart of He-Man's power, and it was stated in the ongoing series that Greyskull is the most powerful thing in the universe! Not to mention that current He-Man held his own against a magic clone of Superman and also he was able to knock a blood lust Flash off guard!

Well now that he man doesn't get his power from greyskull anymore but gets it now from the universe which pretty much makes him nigh omnipotent then he alone beats thanos.
