Hawkman with ease. He get stomp both Jango and Boba at the same time if he wanted.

I'd be willing to debate for Jango/Boba, but, I'm sure this is Hawkman's fight to lose because of his Nth metal. I might be wrong, but I believe one of it's stronger traits is energy resistance, and energy damage makes up the bulk of the Fett's arsenal.
