Black Panther, because he' s at home in the jungle (so is Hawkman, but moreso T'Challa), he's more intelligent, and has better tech. Hawkman has, of course, the flying advantage and I would dare say that Nth metal is almost as powerful as vibranium. If Hawks has the Claw of Horus and is able to hit Bp just once, BP will lose all 9 lives with a single hit though.
