Reasons: -Ragdoll has good agility, but nothing that should be too difficult for Hawkeye to tag, especially given the distance. -If Hawkeye has difficulty with regular arrows, he has other options to deploy (explosive, net, putty).
Unless Ragdoll has some cover(thats y i asked about the swings slide etc) he will struggle to close the distance on Hawkeye without getting his eyes taken out..
