Hawkeye vs Legolas (Movie Versions)

After checking, surprisingly, there hasn't been any Hawkeye vs Legolas threads, well, there's actually a handfull, but obviously before the Avengers movie came out, so it's all against comic Hawkeye. So, how do these two fair in a throwdown...or is that an arrowdown?? against each other? Setting is the savage land in round 1 and the Forest of Fangorn in the second, and they have same equip as far as arrows go.

1. Random encounter and armed with just their bows

2. Random encounter again but also armed with their blades which leads to a close up h2h hand encounter, not looking to kill each other as they want information from one another as to who they are.

3. Same as above (2) only they're blood lusted and out for the kill after they've shot their last arrow and head for a h2h confrontation.

vs

Hawkeye was picking off people moving almost as fast as Iron Man from great distances with his bow, so round 1 goes to him in my opinion.

Round 2 I'm going to him as well, he took on Black Widow who has more feats in hand to hand than Legolas from what I remember.

Same for Round 3 as 2.

And Legolas does actually have good H2H showings, he used his knife and arrows to take out a few Uruk Hai and regular orcs.

The man took down a the Ultimate digiform of an elephant for crying out loud.

Are Elf's stats superior to that of humans? ie speed, strength? Legolas had some huge feats also, taking down that huge oliphont on his own, not to mention multiple orcs and Urik-hei with ease, both h2h and with arrows. I'm on the fence at this stage.

Legolas for the win, hand to hand and all. he has trained for thousands of years (movie version), and he stomps all three rounds
