So this lead me to believe he had to rely on the only tools he had; his own body.
He isn't a more skilled marksman just cybernetically enhanced; still he is far more ruthless, has tagged a moving Peter while not really trying, killed four people with shards of glass, and killed a room of Chitauri splinter agents with all headshots while running and dodging attacks.
1610 Clint is like John Wick but more of an asshole.
