Hawkeye vs. Hank Pym

I'll go against the flow and say Hawkeye for the sake of debate :)

 Setting: Initially, Janet Pym's recently-restored room at the Avengers Mansion, before progressing to the front lawn.   
 
Arsenal: Hank - Pym Particles, stingers, and his toolbot  
                Hawkeye - Bow and arrows, good ol' fashioned American badassery

I don't really see how Pym wins.I see him getting shot somewhere he doesn't want to get hit real early.Hawkeye is actually at an advantage by being smaller.

Ugh, I forgot he had one of his dumb moniker/outfit switches again. Giant-Man would probably lose. Growing wouldn't help him against Hawkeye. I'd say as Wasp he'd think a way out of a confrontation with Hawkeye, but as Giant-Man he's much more likely to try and grow instead of shrink.

Without prep, Hawkeye should win this.

Hawkeye, Hank is just a big target. His skin does not change in durability when grows.

Pym is able to stop bullets by shrinking them down to the quantum realm. Hawkeyes arrows are slower than bullets.

Pym can lift skyskrappers and drop them on Hawkeye, He can shrink him down and put him in a ziplock back. He can enter his brain and punch it like a punching bag until Hawkeye is unconscious.
