hawkeye no doubt he been training in archery sinse he was six and also swordfighting and was already dubbed greatest marksman ever and a great hand to hand combatant lso with the fact he was trained by shield cap and mockingbird and i do believe black widow he is also a weapons master everything in his hand is deadly oh and martial artist like wolverine and ironfist even said hawkeye is a very formidable opponent in a hand to hand fight where as ga started during 5 years of isolation and dindt know any fighting technique till after he was back in america with no real feats of his fighting capabilities and no one saying he is beast besides black canary

green arrow. he had to train to live. like every day for 5 years. then he went straight to street crime. so his h2h would be better. in my opion
