In character? Well, Hawkeye won't kill anyone, but Ezio wouldn't have a reason to kill Hawkeye, so I'm not sure.

@TheAnnihilator: HE is not innocent.besides he doesn't know his whole life story.he sees a guy shooting arrows at him so he decides to defend himself and go for the kill.thats how i see it

@karetaker: He is compared to the kind of people Ezio fights. Hawkeye isn't corrupt or a murderer, Ezio would have no beef with him. I think he'd try to knock out Hawkeye rather than kill him.

@TheAnnihilator: i doubt out of the 600 guards i killed all are corrupt.but it doesn't really matter because HE wins

Clint is superior in pretty much every respect, except maybe stealth.

Could give Ezio the edge but I'm going with Clint here 8/10.

Hawkeye is by no means superior in every aspect except maybe stealth. Ezio would wreck him up close. Standard equipment to me means regular arrows for Clint, because that's what he mostly uses these days. I think Ezio could take him in that scenario. If Clint has some of his more exotic arrows, he should win this.
