Hawkeye vs Batman

Scenario: Both are the originals Clint Barton and Bruce Wayne

in a recently destroyed city approximately the size of new york, most of the buildings are still standing but are abandoned.

assuming both are aware of each others presence but are on opposite sides of the city who wins?

also there are many things in the city that can be used

With weapons it could go either way with either Batman quickly finding and disposing of Clint or Clint sniping him, but I'd still give it to Batman 9/10 times then.

W/o weapons this is spite on poor Hawkeye.

ok i guess if you guys i want, clint has his bow and arrow with trick arrows and bats has his regular belt (by that i mean the belt with all the regular tricks hed have at his disposal

Batman still wins.......he has everything over Hawkeye as it is........they just shouldn't be paired up.
