Iron Man is a genius billionaire who can build weapons with his eyes closed. He has great amounts of courage and technologically advanced armour.

Hawkeye is a circus stunt performer who has one of the most accurate shot in the marvel universe, he's also a master bowman, martial art specialist and acrobatic.

Lex Luthor is head of LexCorp and is a genius, powerful, rich man in the DC universe. He is the arch nemesis of superman and has built armour with some of superman's abilities inputted.

Green Arrow was a spoilt billionaire who changed his ways from being stranded on a desert island. Like hawkeye, he has most of the abilities a bowman hero should have.

Doesn't Hawkeye carry EMP arrows that would shut off Lexs suit?

They'd probably need to be very high-grade EMP's to work. I'm no expert, but that's what I'm guessing.

Okay, I think Hawkeye would almost defeat Green Arrow but eventually get beaten because of his arrogance. Iron Man will be damaged by luthor in (battle armour), but fly to his garage and build EMP's and tazer missiles within a matter of a couple of hours and then defeat luthor in a rematch.
