Clint, pretty easily. He had arrows that hurt Hulk. Add on the fact he's never missed, and there ya go.

He's never missed, but that doesn't mean his arrows can't be avoided

Slade can react to arrows. Hawkeye has morals so he won't use anything lethal on him. Can't exactly remember all the trick arrows he used however.

He had a bunch: explosive, net, electric, etc.

While true, his standard gear is more than enough to beat Slade.

Hawkeye, definitely. Even with Slade's toughness, that just means Hawkeye can pull out bigger, deadlier arrows, knowing Slade won't die.
