1:

• No prep, but Clint has Ollie's knowledge on Bruce and Bruce is aware of this.
• Ollie & Bruce have feats from both Pre-Flashpoint & New-52 universes.
• Standard Gear. I can specify in a later post if need be.
• In character, but Ollie & Clint are working together well.
• Victory by incapacitation or death.

2:

• Same as round 1 but there is 1 week prep with full knowledge for both parties.
• Batman cannot utilize any of his suits, besides his standard Batsuit.

3 & 4:

• Same as the previous rounds but morals are removed.

Location:

• Here at night

2-4: Batman

I wanna say batman, mainly because of the location and the time, but I don't know enough about hawkeye to back up my statement, so I'm leaving the rest up to you guys.

I don't know why you'd have round 3 and 4 with the same rules

@inhumanly: To sum it up, Hawkeye's aim is comparable to Bullseye, his strategy is good enough that he led the West Coast Avengers, he was under consideration to be Captain America, he fought as Ronin and his H2H skills impressed even Iron Fist, also he was trained by Captain America so there's that.

Essentially? Don't diss Hawkeye. Personally I think Hawkeye could go against Batman by himself and it'd be a fair fight, Ollie's presence tips the scales enough to make this go to the archers.

I'm honestly not sure on this one. I wanna say Batman in all rounds except one but I don't know what the arrows can do with prep.

Batman takes the majority of the rounds.

Round 1: 50-50

Rounds 2-4: Batman 8/10

Batman should win handily. Cheshire took out the whole Arrow family without breaking a sweat. Hawkeye isn't really no different except having some special arrows.

Batman both rounds

In that location at night, I see Batman going full on stealth mode in an effort to not even give them the opportunity to take him by surprise with trick arrows. He should take a small majority there, and with prep he wins handily.

Round 2 goes to Bruce for obvious reasons.

Round 3 goes to the Team handily. The arrows have consistently used more powerful destructive weapons at range against heavily armored opponents.

Really? Batman's most notable gadget is a holstered grappling gun, both of them need the time to take a grappling arrow out of a quiver and aim while falling AND having batman attempt to disrupt the path of your arrow.

the winner is batman if he manages to push one of them out of a building.

I'm just going to lay down this feat of Hawkeye:

1. Archers- in a random encounter their accuracy and trick arrows would overwhelm Batman. He would still fight his ass off though.

2-4. Batman- with prep Batman has the intelligence and resources to be a team buster. He wins. Unless a lucky arrow one shots him in the morals off round.
