I don't either, just seems to be what was implied.

Surfer can survive the gravity of blackholes and fly thru the hearts of exploding suns.

Nothing Havok can do would effect the Silver Surfer.

Last I check he absorbed ambient cosmic energy....not cosmic energy beams. Ambient means in the environment or something floating in the air. A focused beam of energy is far from being ambient. Surfer for the win!

Havok's powers have never been fully explored. I think he could absorb the energy. He did absorb the energy from a sun recently though. SS would still win but he would give him a fight.

Even if he could absorb it, the Surfer has defeated many energy absorbers by giving them more than they could handle.

well this is an old thread and havoc hardly ever gets used or mentioned in the battle forum from what i've noticed since i've been here so it's fair to think that some ppl are just curious, but the fact that you find it terrifying is funny as hell and understandable, i think some ppl thinking havoc absorbing cyclops optic blasts is comparable to surfer's abilities which is a mistake "

I believe Havok may be able to absorb a small amount of the Surfers cosmic energy, but not the planet busting amount...imho that much power would kill Havok.
