I think Alex can take him.

Im sure havok will be holding back his full powers. But I honestly believe that havok would win this fight more often than not because of his plasma powers that should have no problem incinerating or burning sandman enough to incapacitate him. Havok also has a lot of knowledge in combat and tactical skills.....at least more than sandman has ever shown
