Havok.  Although Iceman can survive as particles of moisture, Havok wields searing plasma that he can intensify at will.  I don't see Iceman being able to capture Havok, considering Havok is no slouch when it comes to strategic movements in battle.

Gotta go with Iceman on this one, even though Havok is a favorite of mine. I just don't see Havok putting out enough energy quick and vast enough to compete with Iceman's output of..well...ice.

Both characters manipulate mass amounts of energy. The real question here is whether Iceman can slow down the particles around Havok before starts generating plasma waves.

Iceman due to his powers working at the Molecular level, and unless Havok can remove all the water from his own body he's dead.

@Baldy: Havok radiates heat from the offset and if you look at how Iceman has performed recently it's been heavily influenced by the area. In a snowy mountain he was able to go toe-to-toe with Rulk but he was thrashed by a nobody with a sword in a recent WATXM at JGH.

Havok is a bad match-up for Iceman unless they are near large amounts of water or ice but I'm just assuming like in most fights they are not.
