Who wins and why?

Hashirama senju. Mismatch

bijuu/ suppression Kakuan's return to humanity ftw. Or he could literally slap naruto/kurama silly with a few thousand hands. Naruto has zero chances of winning this fight..

Doesn't matter if you do take it away, Senju still smacks naruto around like a little kid. The guy is the god of shinobi and can't really be matched by anyone except Madara and he whips Madara all day. Senju could summon his thousand hand summoning or just overpower naruto with his wood style. In naruto you can use abc logic more often then not, and Hashirama>>Madara>>>>>>>>>>>>>all kages>>Naruto/sasuke>>>>everyone else.

I suppose it will be a little less of a mismatch. He did solo kurama and kyubi, though it could be argued that kyubi couldn't share his power due to madara being a rascal.

Still:

Don't think naruto is getting past that.. Maybe a bijuu bomb or something.

He could do something without bijuu supression so it might not be a flat out mismatch, but I still don't see him winning.

@jashro44: not really, Hashirama has chakra to match or exceed kyuubi given the scale of his fights, and like 100 years experience on him, and more attacks.

Raikage n Naruto would be a fair match. Madara >>>>>> Raikage. Hashirama = Madara. Hashirama therefore >>>>Naruto.

How would Raikage fight naruto? Naruto is all ready faster then him and he has Bijuu mode...Unless I'm missing something why wouldn't naruto beat Raikage?

Damn yo spoilers like a mothaf*ck, you do realize that chapter just came out yesterday? I mean the chapter before that it looked like it was getting removed but it wasn't confirmed. Might wanna just highlight that thing for spoilers.

@jashro44: Naruto was *barely* faster than the Raikage, their speed is actually very close. Add onto it the Raikage's strength being high enough to crack Madara's susanoo, his ruthlessness, nigh perfect pain tolerance, his ability to straight up stalemate the 8 tails casually on most days...the real question is what makes you think Naruto has any dramatic advantages over him?

Regardless, my main point is that Naruto and the Raikage are on similar tiers, while Madara and Hashirama are in a class of their own. On a scale, naruto's mountain+ bijuu/kage-level power is no match for the first hokage's small country-level power.

A clone of Naruto just using sage mode beat the Edo raikage. Granted he had some help, but now he retains that battle knowledge.

Naruto sage and Fox mode can beat any raikage. Raikage is not on Naruto level.

That was kcm naruto. BM naruto nukes him with a bijuu bomb. Plus we have seen kyubi chakra's insane strength.

Bump the madara vs naruto thread. I can give a convincing argument of current (well, two chapters before) naruto giving him a serious fight. Or even beating madara. Minus the edo hax.

Just that against hashirama, his tailed beast can be surpressed with kakuan's return to humanity, leaving him with sage mode. And well, hashi practically solo'd madara+kyubi, so they already had a big gap. Current madara does look crazy, though.

(Sad thing is, they plot-no-jutsu'd the two hokages. What, after matching him for God knows how long, madara can suddenly paralyze him? that's very well thought of..)

@princearagorn1: did not consider BM, in which case yea thered probably be nothing Raikage could do. I never got past understanding how his big chakra hand can pack more force than his own hand, being the chakra comes from him anyway, but even then, the BM doesn't have KCM's speed feats and Raikage did have enough force to crack Madara's plot shield, so even considering BM an arguement could be made. raikage's not really as mismatched as he would be to Madara or Hashirama

But I had two different answers to the naruto vs madara thread lol my first reaction was but... paralyze no jutsu! But then I finished reading your post and I have to agree that was sorta completely out of left field....I'm assuming he couldn't always do that? Cuz if so....he's kinda a crappy strategist lol

But still, since most of Hashirama's feats are based off of fighting Madara anyway this is basically the same thing to me. Those two are basically flawless in skill and at the very least strong enough not to be overpowered by the kyuubi, so stat wise the odds arnt in Naruto's favor. Madara did mentally dominate the wild kyuubi with his raw power..

@thelocust619: @princearagorn1: Aren't Hashiramas cells what allows orochimaru to control the hokages, which is why the 1st could move on his own in chapter 620? I assumed Madara was able to paralyze the hokages because he has the firsts cells now.

@jashro44: it said those cells helped reincarnate them nearly at full power.

It was also mentioned that second couldn't break free because of those cells as well.

And right before Madara paralyzes the first he talks about how he has his cells now.

Thats why I think Madara used Hashiramas cells to paralyze him.

@jashro44: IC what you mean. But I don't think it was the cells that had to do with paralyzing Hashirama, I think it had to do more with those rods. I believe Hashirama was stabbed with a few of them during this time, can you see any rods on him?

I'm currently at works I can't investigate when thsoe rods were put into Hashirama. But the rods were stabbed into specific chakra points disrupting Hashirama's control. The rods were also so strong, he recommended Sasuke to not even touch them.

Yeah with this set up naruto gets slaughtered. Current naruto vs non Edo first would be a good match and I could see naruto pullin a win after a long and drawn out battle with extra flashbacks.

Naruto casually tosses around small-country busting blasts and moves faster than Hashirama can follow. Hashirama would get rapestomped into oblivion, complete mismatch even at the time of this post's creation.

And Naruto can definitely one shot him with a chakra arm at close range.If it kills him instantly he cant regen, right?

He should be able to - Madara was arguably in the same speed range, and hashirama kept up with him just fine.

True, Reincarnated madara had senju dna, but edo hashirama was still keeping up with edo madara with senju DNA.
