Going with Harley due to her big hammer which can pound those big rockets XD
You dirty minded boys! Lets get serious here. Now which one do you think blows the other away?
@those_eyes: In my honest opinion im siding with harley, simply due to the fact of how good she CAN be in the new52 ( aka current versions ). However i do believe it would be a close fight with again harley only winning 5.5/10 or so. I can/could be wrong, but that is my honest opinion.
I was hoping to read other posts cause I'm on the fence for this one and only have some basic knowledge of both characters. Leaning towards Tank girl. She seems way more skilled and experienced but I could be wrong :s
Ends in sex (literally, since they're both bisexual AFAIK). But I'm not really sure what Tank Girl's capable of in combat besides owning a tank.
Harely Quinn... bisexual...

Harley's really bi? So then the Harley/Ivy thing was real!
@modernww2fare: According to Dini, at least. Obvious by the end of GCS. And pretty blatantly in n52 (explicitly refers to Ivy as her girlfriend).

let the Rue 34 continue then!

Er, it's not canon. It's implied, but there's no real material to suggest that she is.
I know because my wife's favorite character is Harley Quinn, and she absolutely hates it when people try insinuating that she is bisexual, going into prose about it to me afterwards. There's been what? two or three speech bubbles that barely give anything to that arguement.
@nickthedevil: There's been plenty of instances that suggest she's bisexual pretty strongly. A lot more than the evidence (none) that she isn't. Your wife is free to not like it, lots of people don't, but that doesn't make it instantly go away.

I have yet to see that evidence that implies (Strongly). Outside of the New 52, which I have seen solid debatable evidence in favor of, I have yet to see anything pre-52-wise, so you're welcome to prove me otherwise. I'd welcome it, actually.
@nickthedevil: The line about her immunity to Ivy's toxin allowing the two to "play" (indicating, obviously, that said enjoyable activity involves physical contact), the "is it because you love me?" line/moment at the end of GCS, and the two of them sharing a bed on more than one occasion, spring to the forefront of my mind right away.

That "So we can play line" and scene is left really open ended. That, I'd say only teases the assumption of bisexuality.
The whispering of "Is it becasue you love me", is another open ended one. Does she even reply to that? I don't remember her doing so.
I know plenty of women who share a bed and aren't bisexual.
It's evidence, yes, but none of that is solid. The most solid one there is the first, Bruce Timm's, and even then, left really open ended when she asked "Like you and Supergirl?" as if she didn't exactly know what she was talking about.

you two mentioned in New-52 that she implies it, can I see when she implies what she and Ivy had?
@nickthedevil: You asked for implications, not facts. I don't have facts since DC never made it "official." But the play line, while it was turned into a joke, still makes it obvious that Harley and Ivy enjoy a certain mutual activity that involves skin-on-skin contact. There's also the line where Ivy states that Harley "knows" her kiss only works on men... implying she'd have a reason to know. The love line in GCS was followed by Ivy looking stunned but she didn't reply, she got knocked out right after. There's ALSO the fact that Bruce Timm himself drew a fair bit of Harley/Ivy femslash stuff....
I see. Should have been more specific, I guess.
The more and more I look into it, the more I see it's just a fan-teasing thing that's left with different interpretation.
@modernww2fare: There's another one where she refers to Ivy as her "hot girlfriend," but I can't find it right now. http://media.tumblr.com/7efdf1ea7e82ab8f409353055a94693e/tumblr_inline_mztqaw4HEc1qbujox.png
@nickthedevil: Mayhaps. But my interpretation is that they pork. *crosses fingers together*

Do the dance. The rabbit twirl. The clash of the velvet undergrounds.
@modernww2fare: Intercourse. Make love. Have carnal knowledge of. "Haz smex." In a word, pork.
@nickthedevil: That was bizarre. We basically said the same thing within less than a minute of each other.

Great minds.
@modernww2fare: Eeeexactly. Nothin' left to interpretation there. And that isn't even all there is.

Both of you quit posting those dirty scans. Its derailing my thread. No body wants to see that crap.
Some other bits and pieces -
Punches a guys head off
Kick
Carrying about 5 people at once
Good scans.
Kills a bunch of gangsters with some random stuff in her handbag

I've read most of the Tank Girl stories now, she would most likely win this, her reactions are a lot faster, her strength is probably in a similar ballpark to Harley's if not greater, same with durability, skill I'd say is a lot higher, only thing she loses out on is agility.
Tank Girl also has minor toon-force at times.
lol at the Harley Ivy banter!
and yes, this certainly must...
***END IN SEX***
but as far as the fight is concerned, i think it could go either way. Tank Girl seems pretty impressive, but Harley's no joke. ...actually she totally is, but you know what i mean. :P
