@johnfrank120: Both are admissible.
@those_eyes: Pre 52 is, not sure about new 52.
What is Harley's H2H experience like in new 52? composite Harley could be nasty if some gaps are filled.
isnt harley physically superior to ra's?
supposedly. Still can't beat out anyone of significance however.
isnt harley physically superior to ra's?
Yup, Pre-Flashpoint Harley is, and by a considerable degree too.
I think people might either be overvaluing Ra's or undervaluing Harley. Nightwing has been able to beat Ra's in sword fighting (although he wasn't in very good condition) which is basically the guy's main skill and the fact that standard gear is used here means Harley has guns and guns should help a lot. I don't know if Quinn would win but it's not a stomp (I don't think).

Yeah, I'm not gathering the sense behind that one either.
According to his feats, I'd say to the best of her ability, she'd at the very least give him all he could handle.
Why are so many people picking Ra in a Stomp? Quinn takes the marrioty, she has better physical stats, pain tolerance, and she has better gear. Ra carries what a sword?
Quinn 7/10 I know Ra is smarter and more skilled, but Quinn should out gear him and if they get up close, shoot him in the face.
Pre-52 Harley loses, Ra's consistently goes up against Batman, and has even beaten Bruce once or twice. He also regularly outthinks Batman, though Bats usually catches up. At worst, he's Batman's intellectual equal, and I'd make him equal to Red Hood in H2H.
Harley has impressive stats, but never seems to live up to them -- minus her solo series and the end of Gotham Girls.
Haven't read New 52 Harley. Been half-ignoring her.

What issue numbers?

During birth of the demon he killed batman with a shovel IIRC but there was context on both ends. Ras needed another dip in the lazarus pit and batman was poisoned IIRC (I remember there being something wrong with batman but I can't remember what specifically).
I don't know if there is another win.
Ra's al Ghul takes it with loads of experience ands a bloody beheading. His swordsmanship is off the charts and he is just a beast. Harley puts up a fight though.
Yah Batman was half dead from poisoning, he'd fallen into an illegal dump of toxic material weeks earlier IIRC.
Their fight was pretty much two half-dead people stumbling around trying to bludgeon each other to death

Yea I think thats Ras one win on batman. His best feat to my knowledge is his sword fight with bane all though you could argue that Bane has no sword fighting feats that, that fight would play to Ras strengths.

I think his best feat was in Batman Annual 8, but that was Pre-Crisis. He and Batman stalemated for 1 hour in H2H.
There were also other stipulations to the fight that were unclear though, some kind of "Death Spotlight" was shining on the battlefield which would apparently kill any who touched it, It wasn't explained whether the spotlight moved, or whether there were multiple though.

Post-Crisis he beat Tim Drake Robin, and he held his own against Batman for a short period in "The Chalice"
At this stage I would say over half his fights have Batman winning in H2H or in sword-fighting with room to spare though.
@silent_bomber: Do you know when he fought Tim Drake? I recall scans of him pressure pointing Tim but it didn't look like Tim was really ready.

It was in Red Robin #12
I would say Ra's dominated him tbh, it was the strongest I've seen him.
Ra's had a sword during the match, Drake had his staff.
@silent_bomber: Thanks I will look into it.
