I'd go with Lara...Harley, really, is a lackey of the Joker, at the end of the day. She might be tough, but she's not good enough to take out a seasoned adventurer like Lara, who has been in a dozen gunfights, not to mention survived against dinosaurs and sharks. Lara picks this one up.
Yeah, but Harley regularely gets her shapely derriere handed to her by the Dark Knight. And it doesn't matter how "skillfull" or smart you are once you've been shot a few times. I honestly think Lara would pull this one off, man.

nope. harley doesnt actually do anything. she isn't as highly trained or skilled as lara and she doesn't have as many weapons as lara does. there arent that many people harley actually could beat. i would even take joker over her.
