1. Starts with Harry and the Gang (ron/herm and the rest of the students)
2. Severus Snape, Bellatrix Lestrange, Horace Slughorn, Alastor Moody, Minerva McGonagall
3. Death Eaters (all of them)
4. Bloodlusted non-CIS Albus Dumbledore, Lord Voldemort, and Gellert Grindelwald

Rules

• No GS, only SoF for Hao
• Equivalency is on
• Hao is given no breaks in between
• Wizards are given each a week of prep

Long as Hao nullifies their powers while the SOF attacks he can win. Plus he can still create oni & read minds. But then again I know nothing of harry potter.
