Hannibal Lector v Sam Winchester

OK. Hannibal manages to get the drop on Dean and feast on him. Sam fueled by rage goes looking for him.

Prep time as long as it takes to find him.

Sam. Hannibal takes on mostly normal people who are not out to kill him. Sam mostly takes on meta-human monsters who desperately want to kill him.

Sam mostly beats people who outclass him severely because he's carrying around some form of kryptonite for whomever he fights (Ruby's demon-killing blade, Cas' Angel-killing blade, bullets with devil's traps carved onto them, holy water, the Colt etc etc). Remove all of those and basically any one of them would kill him. There's an alarming amount of CIS and PIS in the average Supernatural episode.

@saren: He needs the "kryptonite" because that's usually the only way to kill those things. He doesn't need special bullets or blades or guns to kill Hannibal - regular ones would work just as well.
