Hannibal Lecter VS. Patrick Bateman

Fight to the death. No prep. No weapons. Who wins?

Patrick states that he is able to perform 2000 abdominal crunches, 20 minutes of skipping, etc. etc.

He is physically able, and also takes occasional boxing lessons.

Hannibal's power comes from his prep skills and strategy. Take away that, and you have a fairly decent but not extraordinary fighter.

Bateman takes this 7 or 8 out of ten

Hannibal via bamf factor. As well as savagery, superior knowledge of the human body, and superior skill demonstrated in his fight with Tobias Budge.
