They fight in an open area, both are bloodlusted, and unarmed with the exception that Cap gets his shield, since I'm only familiar with the Baki the Grappler anime only feats from there count in this battle unless there are objections.
Ultimate Cap wins due to actually beating 60+ Toners with his fist and dropping Hulk.
Don't know about that. Never heard of dude (Hanma) but I just looked him up a second ago and apparently he is the strongest man in the world in his universe. And had to be shot with enough traqs to kill a Blue Whale just to stop him. He has also never lost a fight since he began fighting at sixteen. And he is a master of all forms of fighting. I mean all forms. European. Oriental. Dude is a lunatic. I'ma look him up on Youtube and see how he fights.
EDIT: Cap dies. Just saw one fight on youtube and yea. Lets talk when Cap can get kicked directly in the face and not bleed or even budge an inch. Multiple kicks and punches as well, everywhere, even the groin.

But Cap has been hurt. He has bled. This dude has been beaten on repeatedly and has shown no sign of injury or fatigue. Also how well trained is Ultimate Cap? I know he can fight. But according to what I've learned about him, this dude knows EVERYTHING. Judo, Akido, Krav Maga. He is so feared, that he made President Bush work as his personal driver!

Cap isn't the only one whom knows EVERYTHING in this battle, Yujiro Know everything as well. This guy ranked up there with Kenshiro and that saying a whole lot about him. I know there not a lot of video for you in this thread on Yujiro, but you better off going to You Tube or reading the manga on him. Yujiro took on a whole army by himself and tanked a blast from a tank, and didn't even move to try to avoid it.

Yujiro has impressive combat and durability feats no doubt which is why I let cap have his shield but Ult Cap has impressive durability feats as well; during ww2 Ult Cap was paratrooper who did his air drops without a parachute, and during Ultimates 2 volume 2 he took a double handed slam to the legs from Ult Abomination after having fought numerous mooks and then went on to beat the super soldier arc boss "big bad"

Actually you misunderstood. I was referring to Hanma as the master of all styles and that he would kick Caps ass. lol
