Tony wins round 1. Tony is like The Kingpin aka Wilson Fisk. Bulky and strong. In a shootout it could go either way. Neither showed any marksmenship with a gun.

Tony wins the fist-fight.

Hank wins the shootout.

Tony takes round one, Hank takes round two.

Hank both rounds.

Hank wins both rounds with ease. The muscular guy Tony fought was impressive, but hank fought two guys who are similar. Hank is also the more impressive marksman.
