Thanos. Also, might he be able to manipulate Pym's raging insecurities and personal issues and use those to his advantage? Because I would say that Pym's mind is both his biggest strength and greatest weakness if that makes any sense. He's got issues.
I think Thanos wins the slight majority but I'm willing to back Pym. Thanos' prep feats are typically strategic and chess like calculations. I believe Pym could manage something to outwit the Mad Titan 4.5/10
@decaf_wizard: thats true he could do that , but thanos' mind without the gem is still too much for pym here, while pym is a brilliant human scientist, thanos is leagues above him , hes a cosmic anomaly , he has insight into think that pyms mind could understand , although pym in secret wars recently observed the living tribunal being destroyed by the beyonders

Well Thanos does have acess to the Infinity Well, which is sort of an unfair advantage in many prep scenarios
