Hank Pym is at a bar when he notices fugitive Scott having a drink in the corner. Pym wants to collect the bounty on Scott's head. Scott notices Pym and a fight ensues. Pym has his Giant Man capabilities. Who wins?

He could shrink, sneak up on Scott, and then grow and get the jump on him. Assuming this isn't PF Scott.

Nope, Pym Particles can go either direction. He shrunk himself down from skyscraper size all they way to the microuniverse once with Creel.

If Pym can instantly shrink to the point he can't be seen by Scott then I think he could win. Will he be able to move fast enough to get to Cyclops once he is of a diminutive size (i.e- flight capability)?

I don't see how Scott's going to land anything on a miniaturized Pym.

Thanks. Then I think Pym definitely wins. I was thinking that if he shrinks but can't move fast enough to get to Scott it may given him time to come up with a tactic to beat him, but that seems very unlikely.
