They're both 100% bulletproof, can fly a car with ease, etc.
Feats, G-girl demonstrated almost flash like movements in the film, zipping around to catch a bad guy or to save a girl from being hit by a car and super-breath to stop a cab and pull it backwards, just by inhaling. G-girl flew into orbit once and punched a meteor into little pieces. Talked about saving a plane in danger of crashing and called it heavy lifting. We saw her fly super-sonic, zipping around. Hancock flies fast, but he didn't display the same variety of skills or flash lite speed or super breath, so she has some advantages.
I'm not 100% sure Hancock's train feat puts him above her power level. Maybe it does. Maybe that's enough but it's hard to say. Neither really showed any vulnerability at full power to anything human.
If Hancock is weakened by contact with Charlize Theron, then it's G-girl easily, at full power it's harder to say. I could see Hancock winning but not easy. I could also see her using her better speed and making Hancock look silly, unless he manages to grab a hold of her, then he'd have a chance. Hancock wins better movie though.
