Hancock vs Darkseid
This topic is locked from further discussion.
How can you assume what Hancock would be like at full power when such a thing was never shown. I hate when battles involving film characters with incredibly small showings are used against comic book characters with 60+ years of feats.
There is insufficient data to say for a fact that Darkseid would win. Hancock's limits were never tested.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hancock_(film)
John Hancock (Will Smith) is an alcoholic man with super powers, including flight, invulnerability, immortality and superhuman strength
http://superman.wikia.com/wiki/Darkseid
He has great physical strength, invulnerability, and Omega Beams, which are a vision power that is immensely powerful and can even do considerable damage to a Kryptonian. He can control the beams in midair, even after they've left his eyes
Sadly, after reading thousands of comics in my life and most of darkseids appearances, I've come to the conclusion this statement about his invulernability is pure nonsense and not reflective of what actually happens in the comics. Much like how Marvel says Zeus is weaker than Odin, which is simply not at all true, just my opinions though, no facts. It would be a good fight, but due to the script writing in the movie Hancock, he is totally invulnerable to everything any anything so long as another of his kind is not near him. According to the stories of both characters, Darkseid should not be able to inflict any harm to him, and other beings in the DC universe have smacked Darkseid hard enough to send him flying. Hancock takes the win, flys to Darkseids castle, has sex with his maidens, eats and drinks as much as he wants and then flys right back home.

For all we know, Hancock might be too powerful for the Omega Force to affect.
I highly doubt it, but my point is that this is all speculation.

It was stated that Hancock can't be harmed by any purely physical force(as long as he's separated from that woman).
@King Saturn: That's great, but how does he do against Hancock?
@Enemybird: 1. That word is offensive and shouldn't be taken lightly.
2. Prove Hancock is susceptible to mind control.
several ways... he could use the Omega Beams to teleport Hancock into a Black Hole.@King Saturn: That's great, but how does he do against Hancock?

@King Saturn: For all we know, Hancock might be able to resist like Gog resisted the Phantom Zone Projector.
@Enemybird said:
Darkseid would Mind rape him and turn him into a slave to do his bidding.
Please don't use that word.

@majestic99: For the last time, prove the Omega Beams are purely physical.
It's a concussive force. All concussive forces are purely physical.
@majestic99: No. It is not always concussive. Sometimes it erases the target from existence. Sometimes it teleports. Sometimes it transmutates.
Is Thor's Godblast physical? It's been described as bludgeoning.
EDIT: And explain how Secret's intangible form can be affected if it's purely physical.

@Enemybird: Rape. Although slavery is a touchy subject as well.
@King Saturn I doubt it as well, but my point is, we can't prove it either way.

1. I know it can do those things. Even when it does those things, it's still energy beams(physical)
2. No, godblast isn't physical, it's a massive mystical energy blast.
3. To the edit, WHAT?

Never in a million years.
@majestic99: Fine then. By your logic, Galactus who is not magical cannot hurt Hancock.
And the edited part of my post was asking you how a physical attack can KO a non-corporeal form.
EDIT: You're contradicting yourself too. If Hancock is immune to physical force, and Darkseid's Omega Beams are purely physical force, then Darkseid cannot teleport Hancock since the beams are energy and thus physical, which Hancock is immune to by your own words.

That's what I've been saying. He(Hancock) "can't be harmed by any purely physical force."

I don't think that's possible. But if it is, I'll be surprised.
@majestic99: It already happened in Young Justice. In a later issue, Darkseid uses his "purely physical" beams to depower Secret completely.

Darkseid depowering others doesn't mean his energy beams are not purely physical.
The only way Darkseid would win is BFR. Barring that Darkseid is going to eventually tire and succumb to repeated blows.Trying to hurt Hancock is pretty much like trying to harm classic Juggernaut i.e. futile. Thor's Mjolnir-magic-nullifying-encircling-throw strategy might work on him though.

your whole argument is based on speculation.... no feats.... no proof... Hancock = Juggernaut ???? lolololololol ......... thats as legitimate as Sentry = 1000000 exploding suns....... has no feats/proof that puts him at the level of Uxas (he is a god you know).....Darkseid has no fatigue glands...he doesn't get tired ..... He cannot die either.... not by conventional means anyway which is all John Hancock has........now do as the office cat tells you.
@CitizenBane: that dont mean nothing since most whales weigh around 40-60 tons, unless its a blue whale which weights around 100-120 tons... and darkseid str class is in the 100+ tons

Show me a scan where it states it's something other than physical(cosmic, mystical,etc.).

A very childish post.If you can't discuss topics in a battle thread like an adult then I suggest you find something else to do.
Hancock cannot be hurt (as long as he stays a distance from Therons character). This was stated and proven time and time again in the movie. Did you even see it or are you simply trolling? The difference between Sentry's hyperbole and Hancocks durability is that it was shown over and over which equals feats. Do you even know what a feat is? And, yes, Handcock is equal to Juggernaut as far as durability is concerned. He is completely invulnerable. Hancock can't be hurt. That's just the way it is, like it or not. Sorry if that upsets you.
Fatigue glands? There are no such things as fatigue glands. There are many mechanisms that cause fatigue: The body is operating at an output where the lungs cannot supply enough oxygen to allow the lactic acid to resynthesize ATP. Not enough glucose in the body. The pancrease (An organ, not a gland) not producing enough insulin to distribute glucose to the bod effectively. etc.
Fatigue glands? that made me laugh. When the Adrenalin Gland is not functioning properly one can experience something known as adrenalin fatigue, but it is not called a fatigue gland.
Darkseid does not need to die in this battle. The OP did not state "to the death" so a KO will do. Darkseid has been Knocked out before by conventional means which is what Hancock "has". Learn to read the OP more carefully so you can understand the rules and don't pretend like you know much about human anatomy because it's relatively easy to spot a charlatan such as yourself.
