The Forerunners would rape Cybertron. In the books were are insects to The Forerunners even with 24th century technology. They are able to destroy entire system clusters, create planets, solar system and change galaxy's.
A War Sphinx from Human-Forerunner war would kill Optimus with no effort at all. War Sphinx were used to destroy entire continents in the war. And they are outdated already.
