What has pre-crisis GL done that compares with pulling a solar system to a new galaxy on a giant chain?

PIS feats, lol.
What are pc Superman's feats?

Well, he could teleport (really create space warps, but it's basically the same thing) like it was nothing, and he could time travel just as easily. He's also been able to stop (well, basically stop) time. His strength isn't too bad either. The his constructs have survived a supernova rather easily.

- shielding himself from a supernova
- soloing the justice league
- creating a force field not even PC Ultrman could shatter
- traveling backwards through time
- scanning an entire planet full of aliens and being able to determine their weakness
- busting planets(on accident)
- destroying starships the size of the moon
- totally blocking out telepathy
Is it me or has the justice league been solo'd multiple times??

Pre-Crisis GL could do this. Does he need anything else?
Green Lantern wins.

That's true. Is there evidence that pre-Crisis Supes is faster than Hal?

Besides Hal being human.
Very good point. There should be quite a bit of Supes feats too... traveling back in time. FTL travel. Ridiculous strength feats. The fact that GL could make kryponoite is kind of PIS....I mean, I've seen that argument shot down a few times.@WillPayton said:

The ring makes this irrelevant.
Also, we should remember that while pre-Crisis Superman had crazy powers, so did Hal... like travelling through time. His ring could really do whatever he wanted, unlike later versions.

That came from DC comics presents #26. That wasnt Hal that did that to Superman. It was some kind of powered up evil copy. Supes still beat him.

You're right it wasnt Hal Jordan. But, it was an alien that had taken Hal's ring. So the power to do this is a power that Green Lantern had.

The rings generate green colored constructs of whatever they imagine. They don't mimic specific types of energy or radiation. Or exact copys. Its a replica. I have this comic but I haven't read thru it in awhile mostly because the comic is worth 300 bucks mint i think lol. But I think the Alien might have had something to do with manipulating the ring.
Although it is possible to make a genuine copy of something with the ring. We discovered this when Hal went on his murdering rampage trying to recreate coast city but realized he couldnt do it until he became parallax and then we know the rest. Parallax tries to recreate a new and perfect universe. ect ect.
So I guess its possible but PC Hal was never able to do it or current Hal so I dont see why that should be a issue in the debate.
Pre-Crisis lanterns can make kryptonite constructs.
He wins by default, no matter how strong Superman is. I've even say it's a mismatch.

"Green Lantern Corpspower rings can be used to emit simulated green kryptonite radiation. Kyle Rayner did so in Man of Tomorrow#19 (1998). The duplicate "Hal Jordan" Green Lantern form of N'Gon also created Power Ring-based green kryptonite in DC Comics Presents #26, and Superman used the yellow of his cape's "S" design to block the effect. Green Lantern Hal Jordan also uses his ring to make Kryptonite effects in numerous Justice League of America stories in order to cause Superman to be temporarily affected by things his invulnerability would otherwise prevent. This radiation is apparently just as powerful and painful to Superman and other Kryptonians as the genuine rays, but it can be blocked by interposing anything yellow between the Green Lantern's green kryptonite and the Kryptonian (however, this may no longer be an option due to the recent development of yellow no longer being an automatic weakness of power rings). Breaking the ring-bearer's concentration will also dispel the effect."
It was not a one-time thing. It's viable Pre-Crisis. There's no argument against it.

Do you have any scans? Of man of tomorrow 19? And which Justice League stories did GL's do this? And where did you get this description. As far as Ive seen Superman has fought GL's Numerous times and Ive never seen a GL wipe out Kryptonite besides in Dc comics presents #26? Pls show scans. Ill look up man of tomorrow #19.

I only use that when im on a really daft thread...any way superman would win and any GL making krytnite with there ring is PIS.
PIS is when characters do things that dont make sense, not when they show powers you havent seen before.
In any case, pre-Crisis GLs had a lot more powers than current GLs because the writers would give them whatever powers they needed just like with Superman.
Superman traveled back in time as a child ....... Hal doing it means nothing, Superman tanked a punch from Validus that knocked him 10 galaxies away, he wasn't even knocked out or even that damaged, he was back in the fight by the next few panels ..... in that Kryptonite scan, it doesn't even look like Superman was even fighting fake Hal to begin with ...... so whoever brought it up has some explaining to do ....... and really? This is the Superman who blew out stars, solar systems, and shot rainbows out of his finger tips .....
... just this absolutely stops Hal in his tracks ...... there is YELLOW in there .... Superman also blocked Hals attacks with the Yellow spots in his cape .... remember people Hal is allergic to yellow here .... Superman wins

That's Silver Age Superman, not pre crisis.
