I suspect this has been done before, but regardless of my suspicions, Hal unquestionably defeats Alex.

The two fighters here have some very nasty tricks they can pull of with their powers, but since morals are on I'd have to say that Hal has this one in the bag. Havok is kind of a one trick pony, there's pretty much nothing he can do to take down a GL non-lethally.
Hal has more options than there are stars in the sky.

Your own scan says that he's using the Hulk's energy to amp himself up, and weaken Hulk at the same time.
