Hal is the strongest Green Lantern of all time, arguably the strongest Lantern of all time, with the most impressive and most numerous amount of feats.
@jmarshmallow: I don't disagree but isn't Guy suppose to have the most potential since his raw willpower is so high? he just can't make use of it properly.
irrelevant to the outcome, just think Guy gets a lot of heat lol. (not that I care for him either)

Honestly, he should be the strongest Green Lantern based on how DC pumped him up, but he didn't follow through with it! That's what makes most people hate him as a character.
Kyle followed through on having the most imagination, and John followed through on being that black Green Lantern that was on the original Justice League show.
@dondave: Eh, Hal has never "beat" Atrocitus, but I can think of several occasions where he's fought him evenly.
In Rage of the Red Lanterns I'm pretty sure Hal fought Atrocitus pretty evenly, long enough to allow people to escape from Ysmault. And IIRC Hal was having some emotional problems at the time too, so he wasn't exactly fighting at full capacity.
Beating Atrocitus is really the only good showing that Guy has that I can think of, and Hal has so many better feats that it kinda pales in comparison.
