Current hal sucks

Spite as thats not Hyperion thats Supreme plus unless Hal can go faster than nano-seconds he gets torn apart by two planet busters.

Hal's ring can dilate the time within a fraction of nanosecond.So he's much faster than both

Hal can stop time.

@dorukesin: He is Innconsistent, and is at best nanoseconds apart from the a feat that happened years ago; but the guys he is facing are nanoseconds.
