It's a much as stomp as everyone thinks but Darksied still wins. His Earrth 2 and Constantine feats speak for themselves. He has also shown remarkable speed, strength, and power not only when fighting the JL, but when in his Villian's month issue as well. And after Darkseid War he'll probably be more established in power level than he already is. But Hal isn't a chump either, but I don't think he could take DS atleast not without some kind of amp.
