I think BRB is a little to tough for Hal...though, this would be an epic battle.

Bete Ray Bill, New 52 Hal is a shell of his former self ans has not shown anywhere the power he has shown pre-52.

Beta Ray Bill destroys him.

Horseface takes Hal back to his stable where he proceeds to violate him.

• Planet buster
• TP resistant
• Can make storms that can block out the storm
• Beat Thor two times.
• Absorb blasts from Stardust, and Silver Surfer
• Tanked blasts from Galactus
• Tank multiple planet explosions
• Can teleport things such as comets to hurl at his enemy

Think of Thor with morals off.

Hal can take BRB's hammer away. He can use his constructs to grab the hammer when it is not in his grasp. Since Hal doesn't have to use his own hands to pick it up he does not have to be worthy to take it. Get what i'm saying? That's a huge blow for BRB.

Without his hammer, Beta Ray Bill took on an entire Army that was giving Galactus's heralds a hard time. He also beat Thor twice without a hammer. I think he also gave Rulk a beatdown in Annihilators.

BRB can also create massive electromagnetic vortexes to draw out the Lantern's power. Or he can absorb Hal's energy sources. Or he can just beat the crap out of him, it's not like Hal can do much to him anyway.

I think Bill smashes through any construct Hal makes, unless Hal is blood lusted Beta Ray Bill takes this one.

@floopay: Well it's current versions and new 52 Hal hasn't shown any feats that super impressive. But then again Idk about BRB current showings.

Current and Classic Beta Ray Bill are the same. At his lowest, he was capable of holding his own against Thor with Mjonlir while he had no Stormbreaker. That was his first showing I believe. He's withstood, on multiple occasions, attacks capable of decimating a planet without so much as being KO'd. Realistically, he's just on a different level.

Pre-New 52 Hal vs. Beta Ray Bill would be a good fight. This however isn't so good...

Fair enough, I do think Pre-New 52 Hal would fair much better though.

Hal is in no way as powerful as BRB. This fight is a stomp in BRB favor.

Hal uses the Krona buster and wipes Bill off the map. I don't think there is a BRB feat that can compete with that.

BRB absorbs the ring and Hal dies.

When has Bill have that type of energy drain? He rarely does it and Hal has resisted energy drain before.

I would have to go with Beta Ray Bill. He is simply a beast.
