@oceanmaster21: Don't get me wrong, Team 1 will be really good sport. Hal can stall Zod for a bit but he will eventually get beaten down and it will likely only take so long. Red Tornado is tough but not all that lethal, whereas Sentry... sorta is.

Black Adam vs. H'el is the fight to watch here and while I'd personally back Adam, since I've learned that not backing Adam usually isn't a good idea, it could come out either way. But overall, Hal and Tornado are weak links, where Team 2 is very sturdy.

@joygirl: Yes, they do die horribly. H'el would stomp the crap out of Hal or Black Adam, and Sentry would do the same. Red Tornado isn't even relevant. Not to mention General Zod is there. Easy win for Sentry via molecule manipulation.
