Hades(Disney's Hercules)VS Moo(Monster Rancher Anime)

Both are powerful supervillains who, if in a fight with Harry Potter's Voldemort, would be able to defeat him effortlessly and destroy him horribly. So maybe it'd be a good fight if they went up against each other. Fight takes place in a Japanese cemetery and there are two rounds. In Round 1, Hades fights Moo in his weaker but still powerful armored form from Season 1 of Monster Rancher. In Round 2, Hades fights Moo in his original body, his most powerful, dragon-like form, from Season 2 of Monster Rancher. In both rounds there is no prep or morals for either(as if they have any morals to start with)and bloodlust is on, with the fight being aptly to the death. So, who wins Round 1? And who wins Round 2?
