H2H Team vs Spider Team

H2H Team: Iron Fist (he gets chi), Black Panther, Captain America, Daredevil

VS

Spider Team: Spiderman, Arachne, Scarlet Spider ( O'Reilly)

30 minutes prep for a strategy.

Classic versions for Team 1. Current Spiderman(he has the Shang Chi training, and still gets his spidersense though). Classic O'Reilly, classic Arachne( she doesnt get powers of Madame Web)

Morals on. No equipment, except web shooters for team 2, shield, billy club and vibranium weave suit for team 1.

Win by KO alone, no incapacitation, no killing.

NO incapacitation via webs.

Team two. They don't even need Arachne.

Spider-Team, powers give them the win pretty easily.

idk, immortal iron fist was BA. I think he could give a long fight to Spiderman. Cap and DD could fight Arachne for a while. O'Reilly and BP would fight for a long time. With morals on I think its reasonable that Team 1 could win, also there is prep for a plan, BP and Cap are smart and Cap is a great strategist so they would come up with a better plan. This could be close but only because of the morals. vibranium suit helps BP alot as well.

I think team 1 wins 6/10, they have some of the best fighters in Marvel, with or without powers, they can win thanks to morals on and prep time to make a plan

I am giving IF chi to even it out a little.
