The H2H Powerhouse Tournament

Ok, so we've seen lots of powerhouse tourneys, but this one's different. This one is "fair", here no weapons ( except for Thor, Hercules and Beta Ray Bill, who have their equipment) , tech or special powers are allowed only pure physical attributes namely strength,speed,durability and skill. The aim of every participant of this tourney is of course to win. There will be 8 slots available:

Characters

I have separated the characters in 5 categories from 1 point to 6 points. You should choose characters so you get 6 points. Like one 1 point character, one 2 point character and one 3 point character, so it equals 6 points, or you could simply choose one 6 point character. You understand, right ?

Tourney rules

• I'll create every thread for this tournament.
• I'll make the rules for every thread.
• DC characters have acess to Pre and New-52 feats unless only one is specified .
• Debates must last 7 days, if the debaters aren't over for exactly 7 days the votes will be opened automatically.
• I decide how the battles will be (who vs who).

This is not my kind of tournament, and I know just a few characters. Anyway, nice idea, it's a different tourney than the others we've recently seen.

Sorry, but this isn't my type of tournament. I don't like tournaments that just focus on a characters physical strength and durability.

@wardemon32: Thanks for the suggestions, some guys you mentioned are already on the list. The ones that aren't are: SBP, Gladiator, Blue Marvel, Nova Prime and Ultron. I'll add them except Superboy Prime, I think he's overpowered. The others I'll add, but this is the last time I make changes to the list...

Currently in about 4/5 matches myself - along with trying to juggle my summer job and social life I've got time for practically outside of my current battles on the Vine.

Goodluck with the tournament though - if I was to join I would've repped' Despero as much as I could've haha

@zeroplus: A few questions. Why does Hercules get gear? Why is a MBless Orion at 4 points? Which Cheetah?

Good questions. Since i gave Thor and BRB their gear, I thought giving Hercules his mace would be fair. Remember this is a h2h tourney, I don't think not having Mother Box would affect Orion's physicality. Cheetah is Minerva, thanks for the question, you reminded me to specify which Cheetah will be used here.

@zeroplus: OK I see what you mean with Herc. I just don't associate it with him as much as Thor or BRB with their hammers, but I get what you mean. The reason I feel Orion needs the MB is not because I feels he needs it to be on par with other, but because he needs it to be at his normal level/self. His strength is normally being amplifyed by it, so he's not as strong as normal without it. Also the most important reason he needs it because the MB keeps his mind in check. Without it, he's basically in a mindless/feral state(think WM Thor, feral wolverine, WW in berserk mode, but without the boosts that come from these modes). Since it's Minerva I'll take her and Black Adam for my team then.

@skit: Oh, thanks for the Mother Box info, I didn't know that much about them...However if someone chooses Orion, I'll see what I'll do with MB...
I'll add you right away for Cheetah and BA.

@zeroplus: Since Ultron is up for grabs now, can I trade Colossus for him?
